Are you looking for the perfect family getaway? The Carol Ann is an idyllic and quaint 3/2 classic house, a few blocks from downtown Kerrville. There's a vast, fenced backyard with a private pool and hot tub. Beautiful outdoor spaces, with patio to relax, grill, and entertain.
The house is close to I-10, near the Guadelupe river, and only a few minutes from the shops & restaurants of downtown Kerrville. Best-in-class wineries can be found 15-20 minutes away, towards Fredericksburg (30 minutes). If you like golf, The Carol Ann is only 2 blocks from the local golf course, and minutes from new little league and soccer fields.
High-end kitchen supplied with everything you might need to cook! There is a washer dryer available in the two-car garage.
During this winter enjoy fireplace and even chimney on back patio. From 2019-2021, The Carol Ann was listed under different ownership and garnered more than sixty 5-star reviews!
There is free wi-fi and multiple Roku-TVs. Special amenities include a gun safe for the hunters, and a high-chair for the kids.
This is a smoke-free house. No pets allowed, please. Maximum Occupancy: 6 people. There is a queen-size air mattress that may be used for additional guests upon request.
