on the second floor (no elevator) a few steps from the sea, completely renovated in 2015.
It accommodates up to 6 people:
2 places in a double bed in one room
2 bunk beds in another room
2 places in a comfortable sofa bed for one and a half abundant in the kitchen nook
The new kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. pans are provided, dishes, plates, glasses, cups, mocha etc. There is also a Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine and a toaster. Each room is equipped with ceiling fan, double bed in the room with no TV (DTT). Breakfast nook in the kitchen there is TV (DTT). The bathroom has a shower. There is a washing machine and a clothesline, an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. Also provided are broom, dustpan, mop, bucket and mop. Linen is not provided unless requested. The terrace is large and you can eat, there is a folding table and six stools. There are two awnings. A few meters from the apartment starts the bike path that runs along the promenade for kilometers, ideal for those who like to ride my bicycle. Bicycles can be hired and kept in the garage under the building and closed by a gate (it is not possible to leave the car). Behind the house there is ample free parking.
