Positive: I loved this pousada! I found the reception staff incredibly helpful and happy to be of assistance. I found the waiter in the breakfast area to have poor customer service skills. The room was great and beds incredibly comfortable. I couldn't work out how to get English subtitles on the TV, which is helpful when you want to relax in bed if exhausted, or unwell. Otherwise, I was so happy here 😊👌
