Summary: It definitely needs some fixing up both inside and outside. The first day we arrived to a trail of ants on the porch. The porch really needs cleaning and pressure washing. The inside needs work done too. There were 2 roaches in the downstairs bathroom. The microwave did not work. As far as upstairs, the room with the balcony, the dead bolt lock does not lock the door, it just turns. The mattress in that room had a nice dip in it, my hip was hurting. There was hair in the shower in this room. As far as the shower in the other bathroom upstairs, it would not work, so you can only use the bath tub. The bath rugs looked dirty. I did message the owner about some of the issues, but did not get a reply. We made the most of our stay, but for the price, just add a few more dollars and stay somewhere nice, where you can utilize all you pay for.
