Very nice Provencal house, located in a residential area, in absolute calm, with very beautiful sea view, jacuzzi and a very beautiful garden. 10 minutes walk from Rouet beach, small coves and close to the center. Very appreciable to benefit from the days of relaxation, the beach, the excursions or to visit the neighboring Provençal villages.
The detached house is placed on 650m2 of land, has 4 rooms and sleeps 5, one of which is a real cot, complete with 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC, as well as an equipped and functional American kitchen.
One vehicle can be parked at the property and another just downstairs in a small public square.
The house has a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and a magnificent garden completely renovated in 2017/2018 with a nice sandpit for children, a jacuzzi with a sea view to relax at sunset or during the day .
The villa is ideally positioned to enjoy the magnificent little coves of the blue coast or the different sandy beaches, not to mention the pretty port of Carry le Rouet with good restaurants by the water and its large casino.
25 minutes from the car you will find the magnificent Marseille city with its renowned Old Port, or tourist boats take you to visit the most beautiful coves of Marseille (Sormiou, Morgiou, Les Goudes, etc.), but also the island of Friuli and the Château d'If and Notre Dame de la Garde.
If you no longer want to visit a university town, take the motorway and in 20 minutes you will be in the center of the spa town from Antiquity, Aix-en-Provence. It has an important cultural heritage (architecture, Granet museum, lyric art festival, Grand Théâtre de Provence, etc.), especially not to miss its famous weekly market.
And we don't present the magnificent cities and places around an hour away from here, like Gordes, Les-Baux de Provence, Cassis, Arles, Avignon, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
