Located in a quiet neighborhood seconds from parks, ponds, waking paths and swimming pools. You also won't have to go far shopping, dining and events.
Guests will have full access to the home except the garage. Guests will only share space with the people they bring. Absolutely no partys, drugs inside the home or outside, or disturbing the neighbors in any way. Home does have cameras for home owners security. Guests are responsible and will be charged for any damage, missing property or may be charged additional fees if rules are not followed. Please close hot tub lid correctly to ensure heat stays in and dry off before entering home to avoid water from getting on the floors. Please turn off projector when finished using to avoid unnecessary use on the lamp bulb.

Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave. . Home features LED lighting throughout the entire house. Home has Roku on TVs in the Living room and master. Simply log into your Netflix or whatever steaming app yould like.
Guests may have access to propaine BBQ out back I try to keep propane in the tank but depending on previous guest you may or may not need to have it filled. I’d reimburse if so. .Gas to the fire place is off.
