This rustic Kerrville cabin is on 30 acres in the Texas Hill Country. There is a queen bed located in the loft (you MUST be able to climb a ladder to the loft) & a full sized pull out sofa in the living area. It has a kitchenette with a coffee pot, Wi-Fi, and TV. Outside, you can relax by the fire pit, grill and enjoy the beautiful views. We are dog and horse friendly (extra fee) and there is ample parking for a trailer. We are in close proximity to Hill Country Expo Center and Fredericksburg wine tours.

Summary: Rental was everything and more than the listing described. It is a small barn that was converted into a cabin on a 29 acre horse ranch. It is only 10 minutes out of downtown Kerrville and not far from the beautiful Guadalupe River. Kerrville offers a lot to do from live music to a brewery and many fine restaurants. My favorite was Pier 29 which features a patio overlooking the river. Climbing a ladder to the loft where the queen size bed is located was no problem for this 69 years old. However there is a sleeper sofa on the first level. It is one of two of my favorite vrbo rentals.
