The secluded site offers complete privacy with a large pond, surrounded by hardwood forest and pastures, with stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The location is only a 15 minute drive to TIEC and a 10 minute drive to Lake Lure, and ~40 minutes to Asheville.

Highlights of this handsome residence:
Great Room features 27 foot soaring ceilings, unique reclaimed barn-wood, massive stone fireplace, hardwood floors and comfortable Italian leather furniture. The doors of the Great Room open to two large stone patios which capture dramatic views of the hardwood forest and Blue Ridge Mountains.
Kitchen and Dining Room with its open plan design lends itself brilliantly to entertaining or just spending time with the family around the breakfast table. The state-of-the-art commercial size kitchen features gorgeous granite counters and handsome stainless steel appliances. Laundry, large pantry, mudroom and garage are accessed from the kitchen.
Also found on the First Floor is a large Guest Suite with a custom designed, reclaimed barn-wood King bed, a luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, Jacuzzi tub and a spacious tile walk-in shower.
A Game Room can also be found on the First Floor with a large TV, comfortable leather couch and armchair, pool table and a game table.

Bunk room has its own staircase to a large room with two sets of bunk beds. Bunk beds sleep someone 175 lbs or less.
