This cozy, secluded casita has total privacy on the 1.4-acre property of a fully gated home on one of the most beautiful/walk-able streets in Cardiff. French doors open to a large peaceful outdoor seating deck underneath a massive avocado tree, overlooking a private garden. Relax in the hammock while reading a book or take a 3 minute drive or bike ride into town.
Small non-shedding dogs welcome for a $25 nightly fee! Please select that you will be bringing a pet when you go to book!
We are located less than a mile from the I-5 freeway, just a mile and a half from the beach and downtown Cardiff, two miles to downtown Encinitas and the Encinitas Botanical Gardens, three miles to downtown Solana Beach and four miles to the famous Del Mar Race track and La Costa Spa. Additional destinations in Carlsbad including Legoland, great shopping/outlets and restaurants are only a 20 minute drive north. The San Diego Airport, Zoo, Wild Animal Park, and Sea World are 30 minutes south. Traffic dependent, DisneyLand in Anaheim is typically an hour and downtown LA less than two hours.
You will have everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Amenities include a full kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and Keurig), full size bed, washer/dryer, new 40” smart tv with Netflix, very large closet, two private entrances, and parking directly in front of the casita. If needed, we have a pack-n-play, or we can include a twin size air mattress for a child (which can fit in the closet).
Unfortunately, due to Encinitas short term rental requirements, minimum booking must be 31 days.
