The "Eight-Ten Legacy" is a luxurious home that has a two-story living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, that will fulfill all of your lake desires. From relaxing in the stillness of the morning to maximizing the day with boating, fishing, kayaking, and just floating, your heart will be content at the close of each day! The "Eight-Ten" has a large, flat, and grassy backyard, with a beautifully landscaped paver walkway, to your private dock. The same large backyard has a well-designed, paver-built, fire pit area that provides the perfect spot for gathering by the fire to reminisce about your day and enjoy a kid favorite....smores!!! There is also a custom-built fire pit cover, that turns the cold fire pit into a table for games and picnics.
This home is located at the end of the road and provides plenty of privacy, as well as large, breathtaking views of Lake Keowee. The "Eight-Ten" is perfectly placed on the lot, in order to see the most magnificent sunsets. The large back deck provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and quiet time, while taking in the silent and still-blue beauty of the lake. Or enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings, while grilling and watching the sunset create a watercolor sky for your viewing.

The second level provides a large, comfortable area that has a full size bed, as well as a queen size sofa bed. This area is well designed with a flat screen TV and perfect for the kids to hang out, or for extra sleeping space for additional guests. This area has a half wall, in order to display the panoramic view of Lake Keowee and her unspeakable beauty.
The home's private dock is recessed in from lake traffic, so there is plenty of room to enjoy your choice of lake activities. There is a private island, in close vicinity to the right of the house, that provides the perfect place for nature "treasure hunting" and shallow water enjoyment.
