Positive: Cleanliness, simplicity, quietness, ease of access, video instructions,
Negative: 1. Should have received the video information much earlier. When driving, not everyone will stop on the side to view and understand the video instructions. It would be better to have this information much earlier in case a person does not have data and such. 2. Separate and Structure the information better. Send the code to the building and the apartment and the WiFi together. This way there is no need to constantly look at the long message to find the needed information. 3. Do not wait until check-in time to ask for the passport/id copy so you can send the access code. This should be requested much earlier on so the tired and exhausted person can simply arrive and just access the apt. 4. Spent 30 min trying to find the parking spot. Would have been nicer to have a parking map showing me where the parking is at.
