Fifteen minutes from the Rim shopping Center, La Cantera Shopping Center, and Six flags, our home is perfect for families and friends looking to explore the area and make some memories! With six sleeping areas, two full baths, a full kitchen, and a sparkling inground pool, you might now want to leave!
The Space:
Experience the ultimate comfort and spaciousness in our incredible home, designed to accommodate up to 14 guests! The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, allowing everyone to gather and enjoy quality time together.
Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with luxurious granite counters and a convenient gas stove. The stylish and comfortable living room provides the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.
Step outside and discover our enchanting outdoor living space, featuring a private pool, a covered patio, inviting Pergola area, and a delightful swing. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or sharing stories under the stars, this outdoor oasis will become your favorite retreat.
With six distinct sleeping areas, our home offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Rest peacefully in the two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, two bunk beds, or the twin daybed with a twin pullout underneath. For additional flexibility, we have a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room.
We take pride in providing a memorable stay for our guests, and we can't wait to welcome you to our home. Please note that our pool is open all year but is not heated. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Summary: The house was much bigger than expected! We expected a 3 bed, 2 bath house, but there were 6 bedrooms! 3 traditional bedrooms, one bunk room, an enclosed garage with a king bed, and a small room with a daybed. Overall, the property was great. The floor plan was very conducive to socializing. Main complaint is with the cleanliness/upkeep of the bathrooms. The hall bathroom had an unpleasant smell—I think it was mildew. The master bath’s shower curtains were old and mildewed and in desperate need of replacement. The baseboards throughout the house, but especially in the bathrooms need to be cleaned. Sheets in the master room had blood stains (like someone had a small cut/scrape on their leg that got on the sheets) Oh, and it would have been comforting to have a chain/lock on the front door for security. Only having the coded door didn’t feel very secure in a house that gets used by many people
