This spacious private studio offers newly built, clean living space with full kitchen, bathroom, closet, washer/dryer and outdoor seating. View of Bishops Peak from dining table and couch offer serenity for visitors seeking a calm and quiet lifestyle. We are a licensed rental with the City of San Luis Obispo.
To access this space you will meander down a curvy walkway and enter into your own private backyard space that has seating and views of Bishops Peak. Our neighborhood is quiet, relaxed and friendly.
Enjoy Farmers market in downtown on Thursday nights. Bikes, beach chairs and tent, boogie board and/or stand up paddle board are available on request. Recommendations available for tours and restaurants. Comfortable queen bed with high quality linens.
Note: The studio is attached to the main house , is separate and doubly insulated for privacy with its own private entrance and private backyard patio. The owners live on site in the main house along with a dog. The dog does not have access to guest studio or guest backyard.
We require a 7 day minimum stay. Weekly cleaning is provided for stays over one week. VRBO may charge extra service fees.
