Charlotte region has to offer. This rental is set up to be a place that you can make a home of your own for days or weeks at a time, including outdoor space, laundry and other homey amenities.
The space is welcoming and comfortable. On a quiet street - no traffic noise, enjoy the entire house, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a den, living room, dining room, full kitchen and basement with an office work space.
Parking available for 4 cars. Off street parking for 2 cars. On-street parking for 2 more cars in
front of the house.
We are working parents who have lived in Charlotte for 4 years, so we appreciate easy access to lots of different things to do and a comfortable space to come home to at night. That’s why we set up the living room and den with comfortable furniture and TVs with a full list of cable channels. We also appreciate what it’s like to travel with kids, so we’ve provided a range of bed options-a king in the master, queen and two twins in the other two bedrooms, a crib and a pack n play.
The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook.
The home features three full bathrooms, washer & dryer, Heat and air conditioning, 3 flat screen TVs with Cable TV service and STRONG WIFI.
We supply shampoo, soap, towels, sheets, and blankets.

Summary: The location of the house couldn't have been better for everything we needed. There were restaurants and grocery stores really close and we never had more than a 20-25 min. drive to anything else we wanted to do. The house was comfortable and was well stocked. We had a couple of incidents for which we had to contact the owner and he couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the issues.
