Typical house completely renovated in 2018, 150 M2 on a plot of 4000 M2 at the edge of the forest and vineyards. You are close to the festive St Tropez (18 kms) and its surroundings (Bormes, Lavandou, Grimaud, Gassin, Cogolin) while enjoying nature. The beach of Rayol with its transparent water is at 11kms.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning each with its bathroom and toilet.
A large room where there is an open kitchen, bar area with counter, a fireplace and a living room with TV.
You have at your disposal an XXL trampoline, a ball field, sports equipment elliptical bike .... etc

Summary: Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette magnifique maison de La Mole. La maison était parfaitement équipée pour tous les besoins, y compris une cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner des repas complets. Alors que la maison est moderne et si confortable pour le voyageur fatigué, la vraie magie de cette propriété est l'espace extérieur. Le jardin juste à l'extérieur de la maison était luxuriant et l'endroit idéal pour lire un livre avec un verre de vin à proximité. La piscine et le trampoline ont satisfait ma fille de 10 ans tout au long de notre séjour. La propriété est entourée de magnifiques vignes et d'arbres centenaires. C'est vraiment un espace magique. Près du village de La Mole, il y a de merveilleuses options de restauration à proximité - ainsi que Cogolin et d'autres grandes villes sont facilement accessibles en voiture depuis cette belle propriété. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre visite ici et avons trouvé que Stéphanie était une hôte très hospitalière et incroyablement serviable tout au long de notre séjour.
