Positive: Location. History. Front desk and bell services staff. Reputation.

Negative: Our room was only accessible by four stairs cases. I do not know if there was a way to advise before hand of wife’s difficulty with stairs, but when we arrived it should have been clear to the desk that assigning us a room with multiple staircases was not a good idea. Secondly, we booked the same type of room we have stayed in previously, but the room seemed to be significantly s all than before. Lastly, room was not serviced until nearly 1700 on Sunday afternoon.

Summary: Great hotel at a great location, but one’s specific experience may vary from stay to stay.
