CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - As the situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests. We have implemented a higher standard of disinfecting all counter tops, surface areas, door handles, fixtures and linens by using chemicals that kill influenza and other viruses. The house has always been cleaned to the highest degree.
Precious little Cabin on the water that leads to Blood River, Tickfaw River, Lake Maurepas and Lake Pontchartrain! 2 bedrooms, 1 large bath. Very clean and well kept. Fenced in back yard for your children or pet to play along with a fire pit waiting for you to enjoy. (Firewood available on request.) Back yard is on the waterfront. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery store, washateria and etc. Less than 1 mile from Warsaw Marina, Boopalus/Public Boat Launch, and the popular Blood River Landing Marina-Home of the Tickfaw 200 Poker Run! Less than 3 miles from the popular Carter Plantation Country Club. Cable TV & all of the kitchen amenities of home including a microwave, stove/oven & fridge, with all of the dishes, linens, etc that you will need included. You will also have the use of a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Front and Back porches with seating to enjoy the views.
1 queen bed in each room but can sleep more than 4 people with 2 extra single mattresses available to put on floor.
