We are located in a quiet and central location and close to everything such as the market, bakery and organic food store. Treat yourself to a little break in my Beauty & Wellness studio or visit the sauna in the wave 5min or Hufelandtherme 15min on foot.
The apartment is located in Bad Pyrmont on the ground floor of Villa Mondry, an art nouveau villa lovingly restored between 2005 and 2007.
Our barrier-free and modern apartment in the basement covers approx. 60 square meters. It offers enough space for 2 to 4 people.
The holiday apartment, which was completely renovated in 2013, is equipped as follows:
Living room with a cozy corner sofa, TV, dining area and kitchenette
Bedroom with double bed, two bedside tables and adjoining walk-in shower
Reading room or 2nd Bedroom with sofa bed that can be folded out for another 2 people.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and what you need.
Bathroom with toilet, vanity and washing machine.
When the weather is nice, the outdoor space in the garden is available for 4 people.
Although located in the center of Bad Pyrmont, the location of the house in a small side street is extremely quiet. In addition to the apartment in Villa Mondry there is only a physiotherapy practice on the mezzanine floor, a cosmetic studio on the first floor.
Within walking distance of the villa is the Kurpark (approx. 300 m), the Pyrmonter Welle (swimming pool) (approx. 500 m), the castle (approx. 400 m), the lower main avenue (approx. 300 m), the Brunnenstraße (pedestrian zone, approx. 350 m) and the Brunnenplatz (the "Hyllige Born", approx. 600 m).
In the immediate vicinity there are smaller grocery stores, including a health food store (approx. 100 m), a bakery (approx. 110 m), a vegetable shop (approx. 50 m). The weekly market (twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays) is also only a stone's throw away. A Lidl is also within walking distance (800 m).
