This beautiful tri-level single family home is set in the peaceful Tanglewood subdivision. When you enter the home, you are greeted by a living room with an added area for television and game room with a pull out sofa bed. Down to the other level is a sleeping area with two full size beds and a full bathroom. The upstairs has the Main bedroom with a queen size bed and another adjacent bedroom with a full size bed. The kitchen is furnished with everything to cook for at least eight people. Out the kitchen door is a spacious deck with a view of the large backyard with access to the laundry room and driveway. The property is easily accessible to the shopping centers, restaurants, the VA hospital, Augusta University Hospital and the Augusta Mall. It is also within easy access to 520 Bobby Jones Expressway, I20 and a 10 minute commute to the Augusta National Golf Course. Augusta Regional airport is about 13 miles and Daniel Field is only 3 miles. This property is veteran owned and self maintained. Veterans and service members welcomed as well as First Responders. Please annotate military service upon booking. Weekly and monthly discount rates are available and welcomed.
