Kitchen with amenities (full sized fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes/silverware/glassware). Enjoy the private patio off master with patio furniture for morning coffee! Walk around the neighborhood and stop at one of two community pools for a dip or enjoy an evening hot-tub. TV in living room with comfortable seating- cable & internet/wifi for your use! Reserved covered parking space (one) plus ample uncovered spaces. Full sized washer/dryer in unit for guest use. Check in at 3pm; checkout at 11am unless otherwise requested and approved. Close to the 101 freeway, I-17, 51/Piestewa freeway, Desert Ridge Marketplace, grocery, Costco, restaurants, sports arenas...25 minutes to downtown Phoenix. Long term rentals only; please inquire.
