This is your escape from crowded apartment complexes and condo living for sure. This cute unit resides in a high end residential area with trees and a fenced yard. Just across the street is Banana River that offers nice sea breezes and a little mini park to visit the sunrises. When it's time to Relax in the back yard enjoy own patio and grill up your favorite meal. No restrictions to grill here!

You enjoy a cozy 900sqft. of living space. All one level and easy access in and out as It has 2 bedrooms. Enjoy a nice living room, kitchen and dining area that features a full size side by side fridge. Enjoy the bonus back room office.
Construction features solid block construction so no worry about a moldy frame housing that smells musty. This unit stays comfortably cool as it features a full upgraded AC through out and cool tile flooring in the living and kitchen area to keep clean.
Location is tough to compete with as it offers everything just minutes away. We even have a mini park across the street to see the sunrise or launch a paddle board or kayak.
Wall- Mart is just up the road. If that is not good enough the mall is only 10 min away. The beach is only 10 minutes away too. Fine dining from the Port to Orlando as all with-in an hour.
Located with only 3 other units on the property this 4 plex is in a very safe neighborhood where crime and noise is not TOLERATED! Quite living is the theme here along with beautiful wild life!

Summary: While listed as wheelchair accessible, there was a step down inside the place and the bathroom door wasn't wide enough to get a wheelchair into. The owner was amazingly helpful and friendly.
