The Serenity Blue is the perfect place for the quiet weekend away or for a group get together. It's quiet country living and 5 minutes to downtown. There is a private office if you have to work while on vacation and a large dining area for the whole family. Upstairs offers a great room for watching movies or playing board games and has 2 fold out sofas for sleeping. Outside is a large covered patio for siting and visiting with friends and family or grilling out. Bring the marshmallows and take advantage of the fire pit area. Both the back yard and front yard have more than enough room for kids to run and play and burn off that endless energy. This home is less than a 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Eufaula, where you can enjoy small town life in a big way with a little shopping and fantastic dining choices. Summary: Overall the stay was good. I would give it 4 stars. Things that would have made the stay better would have been the AC cooling properly upstairs and in the master, blinds, having the home sprayed for spiders. It was 77 degrees upstairs and would only cool down in the morning. The property owner needs to invest in tower fans for upstairs and the master. We were all awake at sunrise every day do so many windows and no blinds and only sheer curtains. I believe blinds and black out curtains would help keep it cooler as well. There was an insane amount of spiders. We even found a fiddle back in our daughters pack and play that she slept in while we were packing to leave. The throw blankets are kept in a basket and were COVERED in spiders. The grass really needed mowed as well so the kids did not enjoying playing outside. It is a very nice home, great size, perfect location, well equipped with plenty of towels, blankets, linens etc. Hopefully the above items are addressed for the perfect stay. We did reach out to the property manager about all of the issues so he was aware.
