It’s a studio located downstairs, this area includes a bathroom, a bed and a toaster, mini fridge, microwave to use as needed. Fairly close to downtown for fun activities during the summer! Located downstairs of the house so strictly confined to the studio but the whole area is yours and as comfortable and private as possible!
It’s a Efficiency Studio. Great for short or long term stays.
Weekly cleaning available for long term 2weeks or longer stays for $30 weekly Must notify 3 days in advance.
Trash can be picked up outside entrance door and notify host a day in advance for pick up.

Summary: Responsive and nice manager. Clean and comfortable property. The downside was the listing and welcome letter stated it was a non smoking property but the pervasive odor of smoke and the ashtray indicated otherwise. If you have respiratory issues please select another property or check with the manager on how recently there was a deep cleaning including walls and soft surfaces.
