Ideal for traveling nurses, corporate or extended stays, or relocation. Quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in W. Mobile. Near Pilot Cat/Airport/ USA campus/I-65; minutes from malls, restaurants, and movie theatres. Near the baseball stadium, Walmart, Starbucks, Publix, and fast food. One street over from Airport Blvd. and close to Schillinger Rd. - "restaurant row". Minutes from the Downtown District and Mobile Bay. This home is very near to spacious Medal of Honor Park.
A king and queen bed with memory foam pillows and sealed foam mattresses with foam toppers, as well as a ceiling fans. Blackout curtains in all rooms. 2 Large and 1 small flat screen TV's with Firesticks logged into Prime Video, or login to your own Netflix etc. as well as live TV channels. One recently remodeled full bath with step in shower, and one bath with tub. Bath linens under the sink. New sink and counters in kitchen with Keurig, Air Fryer and microwave. Washer and dryer available in hallway. Balcony patio with chairs for outside smokers only.

Starbucks is just a block away, and I'm across from a Christ UnitedChurch if you attend. Medal of Honor Park is within walking distance if you would like a run, dog park for small and large breeds, or playground. Circle K store within walking distance.
Internet equipment is in the living room in the dessert case by the sliding glass door. It's plugged into an outlet that is controlled by the light switch by the front door. If you turn this switch off, the light/ceiling fan in the living room and internet will turn off. Ceiling fan and light are controlled by the beige remote on the coffee table.
The light switch that controls the hot water heater is next to the laundry doors in the hall. Leave it on or your showers will be cold. It takes 10-15 minutes to heat up.
