**Villa with a wonderful private pool, just 500 meters from the beach of Tamariu, with direct access to the coastal path that winds down to the beach. It is situated in the residential area known as El Cau, a beautiful place in the very heart of the Costa Brava**.
**The large private pool (10 x 5 meters), is surrounded by a nice Mediterranean garden with grass and equipped with sun loungers. The ideal place to enjoy the pool, sunbathe and relax in this pleasant corner surrounded by pine trees**.
This ground floor house, includes a large, split level living and dining room, with TV, DVD and direct access to a pleasant porched terrace, which provides shade in summertime. Big kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are three double bedrooms, one twin, a bedroom with three single beds, a shower room and a bathroom with a tub.
