Positive: The location close to the lake is great
Negative: The apartment is already very worn out, it is super small for one person, no idea how it should work for two. The window was broken so that it could hardly be opened. It got very warm in the apartment, there is only one fan, but it doesn't get the temperature down, so sleeping is not really possible.
