Villa Lisa is a wonderful property located just 2 km from the medieval village of Montaione, in a panoramic position overlooking the valley and the surrounding hills.
The villa, built in brick and stone, has a beautiful garden on three sides, with a large courtyard, equipped with some sitting areas, barbecue and outdoor dining table (up to 8 people), ideal for pleasant dining alfresco.
Newly built, the panoramic terrace is also equipped with table and chairs.
At guests' disposal there is also a lovely swimming pool (14 x 6 m, opened from May to October), in panoramic location surrounded by nature: sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
The garden, cared directly by the owner with immense love, offers beautiful flowers all year round.
The Villa is the ideal accommodation for families or friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday, enjoying absolute intimacy and safety, immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.
The villa (300 sqm), spread over 2 floors and it is elegantly furnished in an antique style. It can accommodate up to 8 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: The ground floor consists of two living rooms: a larger one with sofas, antique furniture belonging to several family generations and with direct access to the garden; the other, smaller, with sofas and TV. The spacious dining room has a glass table for 8 and a fireplace.

The ground floor is completed by another bathroom with shower.
First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 4 big double bedrooms (1 with separable beds if necessary), all equipped with en-suite bathroom (with shower), safe and air conditioning.
There are also two living rooms (one with a panoramic terrace) and a laundry room (with washing machine).
