Situated in the "Don Juan" community in Carvajal, just 5 mins drive outside of the main Fuengirola Town and Port area. This apartment has everything you could want:
Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Fully equipped modern kitchen.
Beautifully furnished.
Big terrace with table and 4 chairs and a 2 seater outdoor sofa to enjoy the sun from mid morning until sunset
Train Station at Carvajal is just a couple of minutes walk away.
The beach is 10 minutes walk away.
This apartment is available for short holiday lets, with a safe balcony perfect for families, romantic holidays and honeymooners and great pools, but also ideal for older guests as it's a very quiet and well looked after community.
It is also available for longer term winter lets of 4 weeks +, where discounts can be given on the stated weekly rates
2 x Communal swimming pools including kids shallow pools. In winter months, one swimming pool remains open to use (year round). In Summer, there are 2 pools open and for use to guests staying in this apartment. Swimming is possible year round! Please note there are 2 other pools in the community (the pool furthest south and the pool furthest north), but these are for use of owners/tenants in the other phases/blocks.
