Spacious, beautifully decorated top floor apartment in Fuengirola with a huge terrace, sea views and gorgeous views of the Mijas mountains from the balcony and interior. Comfortable and full of character, you’ll love this unique penthouse whether for a short or long stay.
A perfect place to relax while also enjoying an authentic Spanish neighbourhood, with a weekly market, restaurants, children’s parks, petanque courts and a beautiful leafy plaza right on your doorstep. Both the beach and town centre are less than a 10-minute walk away. The location of this apartment is ideally suited to visit and be immersed in part of the various famous local and yearly "fiestas" that are held in the grounds in front of the building. For example Feria de los Pueblos in April (1 week), Fiesta del Carmen (16th July for approx. 4 days) and Feria del Rosario (2nd week of October for 6 days).
This amazing 7th floor apartment has several areas both indoor and outdoor, with sofas and dining furniture, both to relax and to enjoy lunches or dinner at home. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with all appliances and utensils you need. There are two large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, both with fitted wardrobes. There is air conditioning in the lounge, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and a pellet stove for the few chilly winter nights we have in the south of Spain. We provide towels, bedlinen, iron and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is located in a well-kept building with lift, communal swimming pool and has a private underground parking space. However for this holiday accommodation a car is not necessary since it is located within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, only a short walk away, with a direct access to Malaga airport and Malaga city. The beach and the promenade is only a 10 minutes walk away where you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming and lovely walks and bike rides during the whole year, thanks to the privileged climate.
