The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, self-sufficient glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sufficient dishes, cutlery, pots and glasses. In the living-dining room there is a flat screen TV, CD player, DVD player, tuner and record player. WiFi available.
There is also another TV in the house with an integrated DVD player. If necessary, there is also a high chair, a baby seesaw and a travel cot with a mattress. The upper staircase is secured by a child safety gate.
