It's invitation-only, limited use due to shared studio space w/family members. (Note: Age 22+. Waiver required.)

- The driveway entry is shared with a red detached studio, located across the 3-acre lot, periodically used by our niece for quiet, creative work. Beyond the entry point, the driveway & home are private for guest use.
- RENTAL AGREEMENT w/ photo ID must be signed at booking for Aspenwood House rental. A Damage Deposit Hold of $1500 is required.
- There are motion activated front entrance & rear entrance/deck & garage door temp camera-sensor.
