Our getaway home located in a serene neighborhood of Henderson (20 minutes from Downtown and near Lake Mead) awaits you. A Newly renovated 1 story home with a private heated pool and spa to enjoy. A large open living space and kitchen with a view of the private pool and patio grill are perfect for family and friend vacations. Enjoy free movies on our 65 in. smart tv with Netflix connected to fast internet. The Master bedroom has a large CAL king-sized bed with a private bathroom that includes a shower, soaking tub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed that shares a full bathroom with a shower tub.
Our home has low nightly rates to accommodate monthly rentals. Corporate rental. Remote workers. Snowbirds. (30 night minimum)

*House Rules*
-Our home is guarded with exterior security cameras and an alarm system located in the front yard. This is only used for security purposes
-Parties and events are strictly prohibited and are not tolerated. If detected there will be immediate eviction and loss of security deposit
- Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum we have cameras that can detect noise coming from inside and outside the home. If loud noise/music is detected after 10 pm we will cancel your stay and there will be no refund
-NO PETS ALLOWED. We have a family member with severe pet allergies. If guests bring pets of any kind there will be a $200 fine
-No smoking of any kind on the premises, that includes inside and outside the home there will be a $500 fine and cancellation of your booking with no refund
- DO NOT park large vehicles such as limos, party buses, etc in front of the house
-Please refrain from having large groups of people in front of the home.
-Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Only 1 car per 2 guests is allowed to park on the street.
-NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOME. Please remove your shoes before entering the home.
- No more than the number of people on the reservation at any time. If you do wish to add another person please discuss it with the host ahead of time. If the guest amount exceeds the reservation amount we will charge an extra fee or your stay will be canceled without a refund.
-Tampering or damaging anything inside or outside of the property will result in a fine
- If police or security are dispatched it will result in a fine levied by police or security of $1,000 and your reservation will be canceled with no refund.
- Extra cleaning fees will be charged if the home is left in an unacceptable state.
- Please take all belonging and trash after your stay and return all items back to their original location.
- Please enjoy our bbq grill but CLEAN UP afterward. Discard the oil that dripped into the grease tray and scrub the grate with the metal brush that is hanging next to the grill. DO NOT dump the oil down the drain. -Please discard the cooled oil into a plastic bag or container and dump it into the trash
-Pool gets cleaned and is managed by a professional every Monday morning our system is automatically set.
-DO NOT touch our pool or sprinkler system. If our settings get changed or the pump shuts off it will require extra cleaning, in that case, guests will be responsible for the fee.
*There is a $35 per day to heat the pool/Jacuzzi.**

• There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device.
• This home is monitored 24 hours by a security company. Security monitors the noise sensors and cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors.
• Quiet hours are from 9PM to 7AM.
The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
