We are adjacent to the 11,000 acre Topanga State Park, the largest wilderness park within city limits in the United States. This area is a mecca for hiking, mountain biking, and mountain climbing. In addition, we have a top-rated bike shop in Topanga called the Topanga Creek Outpost. It is located right below the Topanga State Park on Topanga Canyon Blvd. The park features 76 miles of trails that can be used by mountain bikes. Moreover, the Topanga Creek Outpost rents mountain bikes and other gear at very reasonable rates.
The mountainous roads are great for road cycling and are used as a training ground for numerous professional cycling teams. Since we are only 4 miles from the beach, and just up from Surfrider beach, surfing and beach activities are a constant source of fun in our area. And don't forget the great fishing to be had in our area. Finally, for motorcyclists looking for a nice area to ride, you'll find all you'll need here, in addition to being a short trip away from the Rock Store.
