This property is located two blocks to amazing Bryant Park with a running and biking trail along the intracoastal, and a public boat ramp. Only 4 block walk to downtown Lake Worth Beach with shops, restaurants, nightlife, and events often. The beach is right over the bridge, 15 minute drive to Downtown West Palm and Palm Beach International Airport. Only 5 minutes to 95, the location is unbeatable.
Upon entering the home is a living room with a comfortable and clean Macy's L-shaped couch and vintage leather chair facing a mounted 55" smart TV. The open area concept is flooded with natural light and all the windows face out to the garden and dining patio. Every window has 2 inch blinds and room-darkening curtains for privacy. Living area has blankets and throw pillows for coziness, and the television swivels to face anywhere in the home.
Next to living area is a small dining area. There is a small work station for storage and includes general supplies and a printer for small tasks (please replace ink if finished), There is another back door that conveniently leads to the outdoor dining area and the grill to the left, and the laundry room to the right. The kitchen includes all needed appliances, cooking supplies, basic serving dishes, and a large counter-height eat-in island with 2 leather cushion stools that adjust for height. There is a drink and coffee buffet before the small hallway that leads to the bedroom and bathroom.

The small hall has a separate light and a small linen closet that includes all necessary linens for bathing and beach use. There is a clothes iron, hair dryer, first aid kit, some toiletries, mop, broom, etc.
To the right is the bedroom with large and comfortable queen bed with foam topper. There are a lot of pillows and blankets for coziness and style. Two large nightstands are on each side of the bed with separate reading lamps. Large floor length wardrobe mirror sits in the corner beside a very spacious closet with sliding doors. Suitcases and bag store nicely under the raised bed. The bedroom window looks out to the garden and hammock area, also have blinds and curtains for close for privacy.
The bathroom across the way has shelves and baskets for storage and a combo tub/shower. Windows are frosted for privacy. Linens and towels are upgraded regularly for comfort and style.
The yard is extremely spacious and is growing into the jungle envisioned. All areas are shared by the other short-term rental guests. There are adequate seating areas to ensure comfort, privacy, peace, and guest entertainment. Small gatherings and visitors are encouraged but must be discussed in advanced with hostess. Shared areas have never been a problem or caused uncomfortable stays. In fact - many guests become friends and end up hanging out and becoming friendly with their new neighbors.
All guests are encouraged to use beach cruiser bikes, cushions for chairs, hammock, gas grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs & umbrella, etc. Please leave each area as you found and bring all belongings away with you. Please put cushions away after after every use, even if rain isn't expected. Please wipe sand off beach chairs before returning where they were found.
ALWAYS store bicycles within the fence and NEVER leave unlocked around town. Vintage bikes disappear quickly in tourist areas and guests will be responsible.
Laundry use days are assigned to prevent overlap. Please don't overfill washer OR wash one small article for waste of resources and cost. Guests must provide their own detergent. Laundry only accessible to guests staying over a week, key will be on a blue key ring near the front door. Please lock door after every entrance and exit and empty garbage when necessary.
