The open master bedroom comes equipped with a king sized bed, a convenient work station, and easy access to the upstairs full bathroom. The second bedroom is complete with two bunk beds providing a perfect room to sleep four children.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet townhome complex so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after10pmeach night.
We do not allow any house parties in our home out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our new renovated townhome. We pride ourselves in being a host that offers a pet friendly place.
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
Note:
As with many homes in Eastern Idaho, this listing does not have central air conditioning. If you are booking for July we encourage you to open the windows at night to let the cool air in and utilize the fans and air conditioning unit in the master bedroom.
