The home is centrally located to local attractions and conveniences including: 5 min to grocery stores, restaurants; 10 minutes to St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island Beach, Central Ave, downtown St. Pete; 15 minutes to Salvador Dali Museum, St. Pete Pier, and more. Numerous additional beloved beaches within driving distance.
Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Home is equipped with a 55" TV, stainless steel appliances in a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer located in the garage, and keyless entry, so no worrying about forgetting keys.
4 beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella provided.
Please note that the home is located on a main street. The newly installed double-pane windows are effective at blocking noise out; however, please be aware of the possibility of noise of passing cars. Additionally, there is a separate small guesthouse in the back of the home that is used as a short-term rental with carefully vetted guests.
Parking is available on the property for 1 car. Additional cars will be able to park on the neighborhood streets.

Summary: We were in St. Petersburg for a swim meet and it was a great location and not too far away from the pool. Very clean and glad we had a washer and dryer for those wet towels. Bonus appliances included a toaster oven, Ninja blender and a Keurig. We had a minor issue, but the owner addressed it immediately.
