A wide staircase leads to the main entrance. This accommodation on 2 floors comprises, on the entrance level: a double-height entrance hall leading to an office than
can be converted into a further bedroom; a huge open-plan living room with sliding doors to the porch and garden, a chill-out TV area, a formal dining area and L-shaped kitchen with central island which offers a breakfasting area; 3 double bedroom suites, one of which with sliding doors straight into the garden.
Going upstairs: a modern glass railing leads to a spacious master bedroom suite with his/her dressing area and access to a sunny private terrace overlooking the garden; a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom; from the formal dining area sliding doors opening onto a covered terrace with built-in BBQ and outdoor kitchen facilities; a beautifully maintained garden with decked swimming pool area with shower and changing facilities.
The open and very sunny garden enjoys tall mature trees and plants.
