Positive: Location was excellent with sea views and central access to shops and bars.
Negative: No WiFi. No English TV programs, sounds petty but during winter, on your own, the evening is pretty lonely and with no WiFi or TV.... not good. The sofa in the living room was totally uncomfortable. Five weeks back now and still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Messaged them but no reply.
Summary: Location and balcony view, perfect.
