Positive: We met the host in front of the facility. We had a complete tour of the facility. We had generous space for our family. The hosts are very generous, they offer wine, grissini, coffee, which is very kind.

Negative: We arrived 15 min earlier than convened, the host arrived 10 min later than convened, so we waited around 25 min. We booked an apartment for 6, in the end we got two appartments that were sharing the same terrase. I did not expect to have no soap at the arrival and then I learned that this is normal by policy. However, hygiene is not optional. Soap should be a right in every toilet in the world. If no soap provided by policy, please let us know upfront, we can bring it... and then we could happily eat grissini after using the toilet. Thanks
