Family room can be used as additional sleeping space, crib and playpen onsite with infant pool safety equipment as well. 90' fold away patio doors opening up to oversized 1600 sq/ft fully screen lanai with beautiful inground heated pool with Baja ledge and hot tub, outdoor living room, tv, and seating areas for 12+ people.

Community resort style pool, state of the art gym, pickleball and basketball courts 5 minute walk as well as 2 story Publix grocery store. Just a short 15 minute drive from RSW airport as well as some of Florida's best shopping, Coconut Point / Miromar Lakes and Gulf Cost Center are all 15 minutes down the road. Close to some of the most beautiful beaches and great adventures.
