A resort-style vacation awaits you at this beautiful townhome in Coastal Club featuring a first floor master suite, gourmet kitchen, comfortable living area, spacious second floor loft and two bedrooms upstairs. This community offers amenities unlike any other community in the area such as several pools (both indoor and outdoor), a water park, swim-up bar, fitness center, walking trails, tennis courts, a playground, clubhouse and more. Coastal Club puts you minutes to everything you love about beach life... Avoid the hustle and bustle of the area while still having easy access to Rehoboth's Boardwalk, Lewes' Historic Downtown, Cape Henlopen State Park, Shopping and Dining as well as some of the most beautiful beaches along Delaware's coastline. This home has just been purchased and some furnishings will be changing.
The home offers amenities above and beyond your typical vacation rental: recreation equipment (bikes, beach gear, tennis, pickleball etc), electric vehicle charger, gaming systems, air hockey, fire pit and more. The home is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp available if needed to roll up the two small steps from the driveway. The location on a quiet cul-de-sac offers views of the forest, yard and pond, and is just a short walk to the clubhouse and pool.
***RECREATIONAL PASSES: Recreational Passes are needed to enjoy the resort amenities. Passes are only required for those who will be using the amenities. Pre-purchased passes are $100 per weekly pass per person. You may also purchase daily passes for $25 each. Children under 5 don't need a pass, but will need to be accompanied by an adult who has a pass. This is not included in the rental rate.
Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.
