Positive: The property itself is nice, loads of room, nice bathrooms, good wifi, and the location is great, beautiful scenery, decent size bedrooms (very firm beds though, uncomfortable in our opinion, but that's subjective) other than that very clean etc!
Negative: I'll preface this by saying that the property/location was very nice, however there are extra fees that people booking should be aware of, and I encourage these hosts to be more transparent in their listing: After booking this property (which is listed as being non-refundable upon booking) we received an email from the hosts stating that not only did we now have to provide an additional €500 deposit in cash (this should have been stated in the listing in my opinion), but also that bed linen and towels were not included, despite "linens, towels" being listed in their "facilities section", and their listing including photographs of beds made. When I confronted the host about this in person, she said it was "just for the photos" and that we could either rent them for €8 per person or go to the shop and buy our own, which is unacceptable in my opinion. If things aren't included, it should be made clear, and when I confronted the listing agent about this, they said that this is made clear when you book, however it is only made clear AFTER you have paid them, which as I've mentioned is non-refundable, so you can't do much about it. Despite paying a cleaning fee of €80 in the booking.com payment, they tried to charge us an additional €80 on their fees form for cleaning, which they waved after I'd proved we'd already paid it, however they still charged us €6 to empty the bins (a negligible amount obviously, but seems poor on principal). When we booked we found out that we had to pay a circa €12 tourism fee, which is fine, however we were charged €36 for some reason, and in addition to this we were charged €43 for electricity and water, and €5 for gas (despite paying £20 for gas in the booking.com fee, again negligible, but principally disagree with it) extra fees totalled €130 for 3 nights.
Summary: Nice property, but be wary of extra charges, bed linen not provided etc
