Positive: It was flawless. Spacious and clean and well equipped. The safety deposit box didnt open but they send someone within an hour.
Negative: I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from one of your representatives. He was rude, pushy, and repeatedly contacted me before check-in time, demanding an extra $70 for in-person check-in (never disclosed earlier). He also required a selfie with my passport and even threatened to involve the police if I did not comply. His communication was hostile, often telling me to “feel free to cancel” and that “of course there is no refund.” This behavior is unacceptable. I request that this incident be investigated and that this individual be removed from direct customer contact, as his conduct seriously damages the customer experience.
Summary: Had a good stay if didnt have to go through the poor service.
