Ridgeview Retreat is brand new and ready for guests. 4 bedroom/3 bath. Great location close to town and absolutely breathtaking views! Large 52 ft deck with Continental Divide views, nice patio space. Hot tub is on upper deck and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. 3 of the bedrooms can have attached baths. 1 king, 1 queen, on main level/ 1 split california king, 2 twin xl beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level family room. Split california king is an adjustable bed. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury bedding.

Summary: The location, view and home were ideal. Extremely comfortable for our group of 6. Very clean. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived. I was told a new hot tub is on order and the issue was fixed very fast, but didn’t get up to temperature that night which meant it wasn’t available for one of the 2 nights of our stay. This was super disappointing (I had 5 teen girls checking it every 15 mins all night!), but I understand these things happen. Would definitely stay again if the hot tub was replaced.
