"Wonga" sits on a ridge with serene views across the valley, on a secluded 10-hectare forest block- perfect for the tranquil bush retreat at the coast. This wildlife paradise is a 10 minute walk from Armands Beach , 2 minute drive to Cuttagee Beach and 10min drive to Bermagui.
During the day you'll hear honey eaters, bellbirds, wattle birds and grey shrike thrushes. Occasionally a lyre bird, red king parrot or brown cuckoo dove will come into the north facing deck. Often from the eastern bedroom you'll spot wallabies and kangaroos grazing.
Take a stroll down to your private dam with pavilion perfect for a picnic. There is a cleared walking track around the dam.
The sun filled home with beautiful high ceilings and windows designed for indoor outdoor living. The Lounge and Kitchen area is open plan with access from the living room to the outdoor and garden area, to relax and have a Bbq.
