Positive: There is no better place to stay when you are looking for a safe family holiday. Facilities are amazing and offer several different activities
Negative: Lack of training of some staff. We had to ask different staff for the same information. Ended up purchasing park tickets from external provider as staff never informed us we could buy from.them.
