This newly built home features an open living area filled with natural light. The large rec room has both foosball and air hockey tables, and a Smart TV. Enjoy the river views from the sizable deck or the hot tub on the patio! The firepit offers the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows. A concrete boat landing provides easy river access for your personal watercraft use.

All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available.
An abundance of area activities await you! Enjoy all the river offers, or explore the Shenandoah Valley with its multitude of hiking trails, caverns, wineries, and breweries. Only 16 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, 20 minutes from Massanutten Resort, a short drive to James Madison and Eastern Mennonite Universities, and less than an hour from the University of Virginia.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 8 a.m. during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors

-Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly.
-Must be crated when in the house alone.
