Positive: Location; pets allowed.
Negative: Quality of construction/materials (bad caulk, bad paint job - not even an attempt to stay in the lines-, cheap materials esp in bathroom/shower). Cheap, plastic shower with creepy compressible floor. Mattresses hard as rocks; very uncomfortable. Small bathroom with no counter space. Bad lighting; non-working make-up mirror, moldy caulk, beaten/tacky barely there millwork, dirt/debris in kitchen table grooves, dusty surfaces, bedding not laundered (??), no cleaning service during long stay.
Summary: Good location and great for a pet vacation; very poor construction quality and uncomfortable beds.
