Relax and unwind at River Respite @ Young Husband. Take in the beautiful river front and sprawling country views as you sip your wine on the large out door deck or toast your marshmallows by one of the large out door fire pits and take in the magnificent cliffs.
River front access is located just a short walk from the front of the property and can be seen from the front lawn at all times. Ideal for all water sports/activities. Please inform us if you have boats or skis. Canoes are complimentary ! :)
River Respite is located away from other shack groups which gives you the privacy and peace that is hard to find. Watch your kids playing on the front lawn while you cook up a feast on the BBQ or sit peacefully and watch the abundance of bird life fly by.
River Respite is a special spot for families and couples looking to get away from the chaos of peak time river usage while still being able to enjoy the fun of the river.
Pet's allowed inside but not on furniture. Please clean up after your dog, Eg. Hair and poop. (Property Fully Fenced. Cattle fencing used. Smaller dogs may get through or dogs which like to jump fences.) please do not leave dogs unattended at the property
Please bring your own bath towels. All other linen is provided.

Rules:
No party policy, Neighbor complaints, strict, eviction applies.
No additional guests or camping , strict, eviction applies
House runs on Septic, so don't flush any other items besides toilet paper.
No motor bikes
No weapons of any kind and no hunting.
No trespassing onto adjoining land
If canoe is used, life jackets must be worn at all times.
All rubbish to be disposed of in bins provided.
Take rubbish with you if needed
No burning of unnatural materials.
No excessive use of motorized water crafts in front of neighboring shacks, including ours.
No fireworks
No smoking on the entire property including out door areas
Do not collect wood from neighboring properties or drag wood through property.
No fish cleaning at the house
Do not park vehicles on lawn areas
Do not leave dog beds, ski equipment, towls ect on lawn area for long periods
Do not attempt to turn off security systems
Leave property in a clean and satisfactory manner. Extra $150.00 cleaning fee will apply if more times if required to clean.
Only use the Younghusband store / caravan park. ( closest ) Boat ramp. Or the Bow Hill boat ramp. Use of the private boat road near the property is not permitted.
Failure to follow any of the above may result in partial or full bond being forfeited
Full bond forfeited for neighbor complaints, additional unapproved guests, trespassing on neighboring properties, cutting of trees down for fire wood.
There are security cameras on site. pointing towards the front lawn and the front and back driveway. Do not switch cameras off as we will be notified. The cameras cover approx. 100sq of coverage in the direction they are pointed. Camera also cover jerry area for safety of equipment overnight
