Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It is easy to get into Bethel, over to the Sunday River Resort, and up to Grafton Notch State park from this location. I appreciated a well equipped kitchen, a dining table, and we even turned on the large screen TV for a couple hours.

Negative: Mostly, everything is worn down. Every piece of furniture could be replaced. The king bed was not comfortable, in an odd way - both of us tended to fall to the side. The pictures make the bedroom look bigger than it is. The "twin" bunk beds are really in a former closet. We didn't need them, but I wouldn't put anyone over the age of 10 in them. The cost was very high for such quality of a place. The TV system was difficult and there were not instructions. Also, there wasn't even a box of Kleenex.

Summary: Adequate size, good location, old facilities and not worth the cost.
